Monica and Caroline manage DGM Training Consultants Ltd. Their company is all about delivering Modern Apprenticeships for the benefits of individuals and businesses. One of their specialist areas is helping young Scottish talent make the transition from school into the working world. They work with employers specifically looking to recruit for junior business administration, customer service and financial services roles.
